David brings decades of leadership experience across the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Known for driving growth through customer-centric strategies and building high performance teams, he previously served as President and CEO of Broan-NuTone and held senior leadership roles at GCP Applied Technologies, Serta Simmons, and Kimberly-Clark.

He began his career at McKinsey & Company and holds master’s degrees in Management and Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As CEO, David is focused on advancing innovation, elevating service, and leading FlexScreen / RiteScreen into its next phase of growth.
